We collect real-time data on vegetation, soil, and the atmosphere from farms and research sites. Using these data alongside modeling, we estimate carbon storage and assess ecosystem functions.
In the map legend, accessible via the filter symbol, eddy covariance sites are locations where we continuously monitor carbon, water and greenhouse gas fluxes using the automatic eddy covariance method. Experimental sites are our other research sites.
